There are two kinds of seals: the grey seals being from Norway, and the spotted seals being from the Bohai Sea. Seals are carnivorous marine mammals found all over the world, especially at the cold poles. In order to adapt to the cold environment, seals have a thick accumulation of fat. This fat allows them to keep their body temperature between 36 and 37, just like humans. In addition to providing heat, fat also provides buoyancy. So the seals eat plenty of food a day to store up fat.
