Cichlasoma Citrinellum

Midas cichlid (Cichlasoma citrinellum) has a large head with a distinct round sarcoma just above the top of its head. Juvenile fish is gray-black, adult fish is fiery red, and the body color is changeable, sometimes is orange or yellow. The sarcoma on the top of the male’s head is larger. It is rough and territorial, so it is not suitable to mix with small fish. They feed on fish worms, water earthworms, small live fish, shrimp and so on. After artificial domestication, it can eat artificial compound pellet feed.
